ABOUT FOUNDER

Hey Beautiful people!

My Name Is Jodi Iyamu

I am the Founder and compelling voice of Unwavering Desire. My friends and family know me as a supporter, confident leader, and loving advocate. I desire to share all facets of myself with you through this platform!

I am currently in the beginning stages of my professional journey as a strategic planner and small business consultant. My educational background is in entrepreneurship, and I always tell myself, I couldn't have chosen a better path. Throughout my experiences bringing business ideas to life, I’ve been able to witness that creativity is a crucial building block to casting vision.  It is not something to put away in the boardroom and pull out on the weekend as a hobby.

Creativity is a lifeline for the health of our dreams, and the journey to our purpose.

How it all started

So I decided to leverage my creative desire to write, and on that journey the Lord called me to cast vision for what I now know now as Unwavering Desire. Starting this platform was an act of faith in God’s vision and a declaration to myself to stop compartmentalizing my life. God creatively made me a writer, socialite, professional, and faith filled woman all at the same time.

That being said, I should show up to every circumstance 100% me, and not try to act like one side is less important than the other. Because when I stand in all that God has called me to be, and I embrace every season of my life whether beautiful or bruised, that’s when His glory is revealed and the sweetness of life breaks through.

At Unwavering Desire I want to equip, inspire, and spur women on to embrace that same powerful multifaceted nature within them, so that when they see a glimpse of themselves they have the desire to fight for their fruitfulness and the fulfillment of their purpose.

Baybeeeeee, all posts on here are intentional and timely!

"When we suffer for Jesus, it works out for your healing and salvation. If we are treated well, given a helping hand and encouraging word, that also works to your benefit, spurring you on, face forward, unflinching. Your hard times are also our hard times. When we see that you’re just as willing to endure the hard times as to enjoy the good times, we know you’re going to make it, no doubt about it."
